Michelle Obama: ‘This President Has Brought Us Out of the Dark and Into the Light’

“I am so in,” Michelle Obama said toward the end of her remarks. “I am going to be working so hard. We have an amazing story to tell. This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light.”

As I read the report of Michelle’s comment, I thought of the utter destruction Obama has wreaked upon our constitution. He has advocated a system in which a third party forces a first to live for a second according to what the third party decides the first and second “need” and/or “deserves.” I do not care what anyone else may say, but when anyone is forced to live for another, a state of slavery exists. There certainly can be no liberty in such a system, and where there is no liberty, there is no light.

 
So, in considering how Michelle is telling us that Obama has brought us into the light when everything he has done tells me he has taken us farther into the darkness, I was reminded of Isaiah’s admonishment in Isaiah 5:20:
