The 111th Congress was a busy institution.  It attempted to pass the “Cap and Trade” bill, which fortunately was defeated.  But its grand achievement was the passage of the American Affordable Healthcare Tax.  That’s right Obamacare. Who says Congress doesn’t do anything?  But the 112th Congress has been woefully relaxed in the passage of major legislation.  Why it hasn’t even passed a federal budget in over 1200 days.
