Yes, there are real terrorists among the ranks of the American Left. Now, contrary to what many would like to believe, I actually take this charge very seriously and it is because I take it seriously that I believe the people guilty of committing these acts of terrorism against the American people should be arrested and charged under our new terrorism laws.
Before I post the evidence, let’s review the dictionary definitions here:
Definition of TERRORISM
: the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion
Definition of TERROR
1: a state of intense fear
2a : one that inspires fear : scourge
b : a frightening aspect
c : a cause of anxiety : worry
d : an appalling person or thing; especially : brat
3: reign of terror
4: violent or destructive acts (as bombing) committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands
Definition of COERCE
1: to restrain or dominate by force
2: to compel to an act or choice
3: to achieve by force or threat
Now, here is just one of many stories detailing that the American Left is actively involved in a systematic campaign of terrorism against the people of the United States:
As Election Day nears, Obama supporters step up riot threats
(please, just click on the link and glance at some of the tens of thousands of similar tweets that have been reported)
Now, whether we’re comfortable with it or not, the objective reality here is that the Left is not only acting like a collection of petulant children, it is engaging in what can be accurately described as systematic coercion through the threat of violence. In other words: terrorism. These people should all be arrested and prosecuted as this is not protected free speech. This is illegal and they should be forced to face the consequences of their actions.
The rest on the Left should learn an additional lesson from these tweets: that your political ideology does not really believe in democracy or the rule of law. When you have to threaten and resort to voter fraud to win an election, then you are admitting you do not believe in democracy or the rule of law.
Now, I understand that these are hard revelations for most people to accept, but an honest person can and will do just that. I had to face the same dilemma when I learned that the origins of the American conservative movement were not what I had always believed, and that lead me to realize that many Republican leaders I once supported did not actually believe what I thought they did. But I was more interested in the truth and in doing the right thing than I was in protecting and supporting a Party, so I changed my political positions to fit what I had learned so that I could act more in line with my true political ideology. If you are among the American Left, you need to do the same thing, and that starts by taking a good, long, hard look at the realities of who is in your Party, what they truly believe and just how far they are willing to go to achieve their goals. If you do this and you find that they are not you, then you need to leave that Party. It may be time to become and vote as an Independent. However, if you do search these things as I suggest and you chose to stay in the Democrat Party anyway, then accept the truth: you are them and they are you, and that makes you an accomplice to a great many things that have never before been attributed to what it means to call yourself an American.

Are they threatening 2nd-amendment solutions? Showing up at Obama’s public meetings wearing firearms? B, all the , you know, REAL Terrorism, comes from the ACTUAL use of violence.
Here you are being no better than those in media whom you deride for their lack of balance.
The definitions include the mere threat of violence to coerce, and on the scale this is happening, it IS terrorism. You simply refuse to accept objective reality — even when it is something as irrefutable as a definition.
::: yawn ::: @ Greg’s usual position.
But Black, what do you expect when their benevolent leader is preaching “revenge”?
Yeah Augger, my usual position is one of reality, not a slippery-definition of words.
I keep hearing rumors about these dangerous Tea Party types, but all I see are peaceful demonstrators.
Justin,
That’s because you are looking at empirical evidence of objective reality rather than taking the word of the Left. You can’t do that if you want to live in their universe….all 160+ million of them, that is.
I am now scrolling through the comments section of a radical left-wing article. These people are living in a nightmare … ‘the Koch Brothers are out to get me, aaahh!!!’
Justin,
The sad part is, they believe that, yet they ignore or even claim it never happened when their own leaders openly state that they want to get rid of the U.S. (as it was founded — they don’t mind reshaping it into some unobtainable socialist utopia, but then, that’s yet another break with reality to add to their chalkboard).
Objective reality NEVER enters into their equations.
funny how a majority of these twitter et al accounts threadening such things:
A) have been created in the past few months
B) have no history elsewhere on the web
C) Have no posts/twets relating to anything but this
D)are created with email addresses with no other history on the web
E) overwhelmingly speak in “Ebonics”
F) their spike corresponds to some posts on stormfront and other boards calling on members to “Stir shit up”
hmmm- don’t suppose the majority of these could be fake…no…no one would ever do that.
We keep thinking they are engaging us in debate, when what is really happening is they are distracting us from putting divisions aside and doing what is best for the country. Somehow everything comes back to us. But the comparisons don’t hold up. Legally carrying a gun to a rally is nowhere close to a verbal threat of violence.
During my research, I noticed a profound shift from JFK to LBJ. Republicans could work with JFK. Then LBJ took over, and it was a relentless fight to fund the war on poverty. Then there was McGovern, and my understanding is the Democratic Party has not been the same ever since. You know the deal: fairness, division, fear, outrage, and now threats. Now we have irrefutable evidence that this divisive speech is coming right from the top.
Romney is hated because he is a genuinely nice guy. He defies the stereotype of rich evil-doer. With utmost kindness he dismantles Obama’s positions. This is not new for him. He openly supported the Vietnam War while serving his mission in France during the 1968 demonstrations. Obama could not provoke him on his best day, because Romney does not have a mean bone in his body.
Yes, B3A, he needs to curtail his promise to issue executive orders to undo the ACA, and leave it to Congress.
Still …
Romney will be a humble uniter, and a great President.
Justin,
Even if I believe him to be a Progressive, I have never doubted his faith or integrity. I would vote for an HONEST Progressive who says what he means and means what he says over a dishonest politicians who panders to the Left or Right simply to get elected — ANY DAY, MAN — ANY DAY!
As for the Left never staying on target, they can’t: it’s not in their nature. This may not make sense, but it actually explains a great deal of the problem:
The darkness simply cannot understand the light.
“As for the Left never staying on target, they can’t: it’s not in their nature.” — and when they do manage to “stay on target”, they get it wrong to begin with, and it blows up in their face.
To Mitt Romney — being progressive. Sure he is progressive, honorable, and faithful. Let’s just hope he redefines what we know of is progressiveness. This current abomination of progressiveness is really more akin to regressivism.
Your last sentence rocks.
