  1. Remember how the early voting in Ohio sealed the deal for Obama?

Yeah, me neither. Ace at Ace of Spades HQ has this:

In a discussion on Twitter, Silver and Wasserman focused largely on the surprise changes in turnout in many of Ohio’s counties. While total early voting in Ohio only increased by 2.44% from 2008, early voting in counties that voted heavily for Kerry/Obama declined 4.1% while counties that voted heavily Bush/McCain increased their early voting by a shocking 14.39%. Wisserman, while still predicting an Obama victory, suggested that trend meant a tighter race in Ohio than expected and suggested it might undercut Nate Silver’s famous forecast. Nate Silver’s response: “I’ll stick with the 538 forecast in OH. I disagree that the early voting data there provides much reason to doubt the polls.”

I heard this earlier but it was in a tweet that I couldn’t find…

  2. Anybody watching the Senate races? I think we pick up 2-3 more seats in the House. Pelosi’s “Retake the House” strategy was about as effective as expected.

    • GOP Poll Observer Reports Three Cases of Fraud at North Carolina Precinct: Three voters discover someone else has already voted in their name.

If you look into this, more often than not, you’ll find these people never get to actually cast ballots. and, if they do, they still count the illegal ballots originally cast in their name.

  3. I tell you, the most frustrating thing for me today were those ding-dong dummies who decided to read the amendments in the booth. Here is this poor fella in line that can hardly breathe, and these folks are deciding amendments now? Classic.

In other news, I got my “I voted” sticker, and amazingly, I didn’t have to be felt up or butt-probed by an overweight dike. (Fools! They didn’t swab my palms, either! Ha, ha, the joke’s on them! They have no idea where my palms have been and how they affected my vote!)

      • I commented on that in your Vote article. It took me 45 min. Typically, I’m in and outta there in 5-10. Mr. Kells said it was 20 for him, so apparently, he had it better than I. As I commented earlier, this is the first time I have had to wait in a line since the Carter/Reagan race.

My brother-in-law is going back up there to see if he can vote again. I told him he cannot. He told me that he wants to make sure of that. Oh, dear…..

        • 24,999 times more, and your brother can cancel out the 25,000 dead voters in that other state.

25,000 even, and his vote will actually count. :)

  4. Pennsylvania looks like it will go red:

Coal Country is coming out stronger than in previous elections according to data we’ve received.

Final AB #s of returns as opposed to requests is going to come in at about R+8 which would put it 1 pt to the right of 2010. 8pts to the right of 2008. (a small but telling number)

Northern Bucks County is coming out strong for GOP (this is a bellweather)

Western PA is turning out in historic numbers for a Presidential – remember this is coal country. They are not voting for Obama

Southcentral PA is turning out strong (traditional GOP stronghold)

  5. You’re not going to like this, but…

A reporter for the Blaze just came out from a meeting with senior Romney advisers who said that they now feel Ohio is a MUST WIN, and they credit Chris Christie with causing real harm with his Obama love fest.

Just reporting what the reporters are telling me on The BlazeTV (incidentally, it is free tonight. Interesting show…so far).

    • No doubt in my mind the loud mouthed ass-kisser caused real harm with his sucking up to Oblamer. Florida is going back and forth between the two. Romney might pull it out in Florida.

4:00 am will come quickly and I’m leaving it with you guys. Here’s hoping and praying that when I get up in the morning President Romney will be the man. Good night, all.

      • Sweet dreams, sweet FL. Happily, it appears that Southerland will win. He was voting at the same time as Mr. Kells.

As far as the presidential race, FL is tight and that really pisses me off! If the One takes FL, I swear I’m kidnapping all of you and taking you down to Costa Rica. You’ve been warned….

Well, tonight was embarrassing! So I get to rehearsals looking like my bag-lady-Clark-Kent-glasses-wearin self and the joint is crawlin with Hussfelt’s people! Why the hello they didn’t leave the stage door open for me, I shall never know. I only know I truly wanted a bag over my head…………or a phone booth. I do not like to be seen au naturelle!

  6. Not looking good. None of the turnout models are playing out – most states that I thought would be called for Romney by now..are not.

Is it possible that this wasn’t the election of a lifetime and 2008 was?

Once you create a nation where people vote based on the amount of money that they can get from a government that can confiscate it, is there really a path back?

Still hoping but it looks like I was wrong, sure as hell will be no landslide for Romney and he will win by a fingernail – if he does.

      • FC,

Not only is it sad, I’m not sure how we survive it. Yes, the land known as America will still be here, and so will the same bodies we count as citizens, but I do not see the political alliances surviving. I suspect we may be on the cusp of a revolution or a civil war.

The predictions of that Russian professor are starting to echo as being more accurate than we may have suspected — just off by a few years is all.

    • Once you create a nation where people vote based on the amount of money that they can get from a government that can confiscate it, is there really a path back?

      History says no.

Utah, you will understand this. If this nation votes for Obama again, well, that is the way things go. But I believe it will hold serious implications as to where we are an the prophetic timeline. If this nation goes socialist, it will most likely become the greatest force for evil man has ever seen — ever seen. And there will be no possibility of hope in ourselves; there will be only one source of hope left.

  7. Given the blatant violations of the law and the Constitution over the past four years, the attack on faith, the utter disdain for fiscal responsibility and the rejection of traditional allies while embracing traditional enemies as new allies, there is no reason for the vote to be this close…unless the soul of this nation has started to go dark. If that is actually the case, then yes, we deserve Obama, and God help the world if that is what happens.

To be sure, those on the Left and others who support Obama will not see the threat he represents if he is given 4 more years, but then, that is because the majority of those people are spiritually blind and desirous of living off the labor of others. When their number reaches 50%, our founders’ experiment in self-governance will fail and we will go the way of Europe — if we are lucky. But, with us gone, I wonder: who will save the world the next time Europe explodes? (I’m not worried about the Middle east; I know who will take care of that.)

  8. I…….my hope for change the current president is looking pretty bleak. I going to be a bi disturbed if Obama wins….again. Were is the silver lining ? What do we as Traditional Americans do from here ?

    • We work incessantly to educate, and enlighten our fellows and neighbors. We pray harder, work harder, and realize that it is up to us to bear the burden of all previous generations’ backsliding into tyranny. We voluntarily shoulder the heaviest load and lead by example. I’m sorry if this is getting verbose, I’m trying to figure this out myself… I do know that God has got this, and I shouldn’t worry. Psalm 51 for the nation

      • Saneromeo,

Oh, I agree, God has this, and Jacob knows that, too. But I can’t help but wonder if Obama isn’t part of God’s plan. If you read prophecy, Israel stands alone. If Obama is elected, this will be the first time since Israel was reconstituted that you could see the U.S. not only abandoning but possibly opposing Israel.

        Pre-Trib rapture, anyone? :-)

    • Romney win or not, what I have decided is that I will be more directly involved in politics when I get back to the States for good next year. I don’t know whether it will be in front of the electorate or working behind the scenes but I do know that I believe what I believe, it has worked for me and I want that kind of success for everyone…and it can’t come from a government check.

      • Utah,

I know how this will be received, but I think you actually understand it isn’t said lightly or without thinking about the implications:

At what point do we seriously consider splitting this nation?

        • It is not about splitting, Joe. It is about getting back to federalism. Look at the map, it is not tenable for the country to be ruled by urban liberals in the Northeast, the west coast and the upper midwest. We have too many disparate interests, beliefs and needs to be governed nationally this way – this is exactly why we have to bring the 10 Amendment back to prominence and repeal the 17th Amendment to return the power to pick senators by the state legislatures.

          • OK, I understand, and I am working on a post I think you will enjoy. HOWEVER, let me be “practical” this time: what are the chances “we” can force any of what you just said? We have a Republican Party that has shown it is too weak to actually be forceful about these issues. they are too fearful of losing the few seats they still have, so they are very unlikely to push this. The only way to reclaim the 10th is to exercise it, and the 10th is where the right to leave the Union resides.

Think about it: Texas has the legal right to leave written into its constitution. What sort of shock to the liberal States do you think it would cause if Texas left? And if Texas leaves, who will follow? I bet Louisiana will be right behind them — and that’s just for starters.

      • “I have decided is that I will be more directly involved in politics when I get back to the States for good.”

Though of course I disagree with you on most things, Utah, I admire that sentiment–I’m in favor of more people who genuinely care getting more involved with the process.

  9. UPDATE:

The reporter reporting for The Blaze is Eddie Hill. She has reported that the Romney camp has ALL its eggs in Ohio’s basket, and that it doesn’t look good. She says some people are already leaving Romney’s rally.
    :-(

    • Kells,

What good does false optimism do? And I am still holding out hope. Otherwise, I would have reminded you of what I said about trying to beat a Progressive with a Progressive.

      Oops, you tricked me! ;-)

  10. OK, it looks like it’s official:

You cannot out-progressive a progressive — especially when you are trying to pit “the nice guy” against the Chicago thug AND the media.

      • Hmmmm, 2000?
Funny, the media wasn’t calling for Gore to concede back then.
NOW, we have reports of voter fraud, literally ALL OVER the country, and they want Romney to concede, and get snippy with Americans who DESERVE an accurate count.
Whatever happens, many will NEVER believe an accurate count has occurred. And no one can point to the count and say, we are legitimate.
So, we are left with a COMPROMISED system where the CROOKED PLAYER has an advantage, no matter what……

The Federal Government has insured, by requiring NO VOTER ID, and NO AUDIT TRAIL for votes, that ANY AMERICAN can justifiably believe the vote IS manipulated.

RESULT: a loss in belief of JUSTICE, TRUTH, and the American Way.

Foreboding for AMERICA. Of course, that was the intent of the STATISTS. CHAOS reigns, spreads throughout the psyche of America, and the STATIST wins.

    • What would you do without us, sweet pea? We’re the ones supporting you. I do believe you’d be up shit creek without a paddle were we to sail off into the sunset to Costa Rica. (Although, I think I should have a fine time with the boys……)

    • So how many of you paranoid Glenn Beck fans leaving this country now that Obama has been elected?

There you go, an illustration of the attitude reported in the Valerie Jarret “quotes.” Now, how many of you think that this sort of attitude is NOT going to lead to revenge from Obama and his people? Because, if you don’t think that’s coming, you do not understand the character of the people running this nation.

  11. “THE MILLION SORE-LOSERS MARCH”

Hahahahahaha you crack me up Gregg!!! Somewhere in this country, Glenn Beck is crying while he connects more insane dots in his drawing board.

I can already feel my IQ dropping just the dribble posted on this website. Message me on facebook Gregg.
