So here is how a patriot stands FOR America, and makes sure:
EVERY ELIGIBLE PERSON’S VOTE COUNTS.
If a false vote is counted, then anyone who voted for the Losing contestant, was effectively nullified. In other words, their rights of equal representation and due process under our laws, have been denied.
Fox News’ Eric Shawn and The Associated Press contributed to the following report:
Florida officials order partial recount in tight House race between Rep. West and Democratic challenger Murphy
As reported here:

Election officials in St. Lucie County will recount early votes cast in the hotly contested race for Florida’s 18th district’s House seat between Tea Party favorite Rep. Allen West and his challenger, Democrat Patrick Murphy.
The St. Lucie County Canvassing Board announced late Saturday it had set an “emergency meeting” to start at 7 a.m. Sunday at its headquarters, to “recount all ballots cast during early voting.” The number of early ballots is estimated by officials to be roughly 37,000.
West, who has refused to concede the race, is currently trailing Murphy by 2,442 votes, according to the latest results from Florida Division of Elections. On its website, the agency says West has garnered 164,448 votes to Murphy’s 166,890.
“There are possible irregularities in St. Lucie County,” claims Jeffrey Scott Shapiro, a Florida lawyer volunteering for the West campaign who has been quoted on the issue. “On Sunday we’ll have a chance to recount the early votes and that’s a good start to preserving the integrity of the democratic process.”
West’s campaign said in a Saturday statement it was pleased with the news of the partial recount.”This decision should help shed light on the situation of this election,” the statement said. “This is the action we were seeking to ensure the results of this election were fair and accurate.”
West’s campaign had said earlier Saturday that issues with the voting in St. Lucie County meant the race was still undecided.
“Late on Election Night, Congressman West led by 1,700 votes,” West for Congress said in a statement. “Following the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections’ decision to recount thousands of early ballots after a technical glitch, the margin shifted by 4,000. In order to ensure that votes were not doubled counted, we have requested that the St. Lucie Supervisor of Elections make public the poll check-in books to ensure the numbers of ballots cast matches the numbers of voters checked-in at the polls.”
The state tally is complete but still unofficial. There are still a handful of overseas and military ballots outstanding.
Even if the results of the partial recount do not change the race, West still has the option to contest the election if misconduct or fraud might have changed its result.
A judge on Friday denied West’s request to impound ballots and voting machines. The state tally in the Florida’s redrawn 18th congressional district follows additional vote counting in Palm Beach County.
County election officials worked until early Saturday morning to count absentee and problems ballots as well as uncounted ballots from early voting and Election Day, according to The Palm Beach Post. The district also includes parts of Martin County, along the state’s so-called Gold Coast.
The group Revive America has rallied to support West should he mount a legal challenge. The conservative group sent out an email Saturday calling for donations and saying Washington Republicans are now giving West little help.
Circuit Judge David Crow on Friday called the West’s motion “entirely premature,” saying that vote-counting procedures are in place and being followed. An attorney for West said the campaign was simply trying to make sure the election is fair and transparent.
DEAR READER: THIS NEXT SENTENCE IS A RED FLAG …… WAIT FOR IT . . . ARE YOU READY?
The Palm Beach County Canvassing Board said earlier there was no reason to impound ballots and voting machines when officials have yet to finish counting.

WITH the example of 145.84 % of registered voters voting: A secret ballot VOTE is INVALID ! You cannot determine from the sign in sheet, who voted which way !
You CANNOT determine “which” 45.84 %, or more, (as 100 % did not vote, someone was sick, had to work, etc.) of the vote should be subtracted. So an ENTIRELY new VOTE MUST be held for all voters to be represented equally under our Constitution.

And I take issue with the Attorney’s assertion in St. Lucie: “possible irregularities”.
No Sir. St. Lucie’s vote is COMPLETELY IRREGULAR. Their numbers show it.
The ENTIRE VOTE IN ST. LUCIE MUST BE HELD ANEW.
Wow. How the rights views change in a decade. Where, in 2000, the post election recount found Gore had indeed won- regardless of what recount method was used. And of course- Gore also won the nations popular vote in that election…
But of course there’s no way a “true american” like west could have lost without fraud and corruption….
That’s a nice little fable you tell there, Bozo. But the truth is exactly the opposite – at least according to the New York Times:
FactCheck.org also found the same according to Gore’s rules:
But a statewide recount wasn’t what the Goreacle asked for because he wanted to milk only the heavily Democratic counties for “votes”.
All the the Supreme Court did was to make sure that the same standard was applied to all ballots that were requested to be recounted, not poked and prodded to interpret the “intent” of the voter.
The crazy thing about it is that we are showing that we are concerned about fraud on both sides – a voter ID law applies to all parties and is something that is easy to manage – no ID, no vote…either way.
You are wrong, asshat – as usual.
And there’s your proof – from two sources commonly cited by other leftist asshats.
Well Utah, you beat me to it (on multiple fronts), so nothing for me to add here.
drugs (as usual) gets shamed.
Drugs, you are ignorant at best, or stupid, or attempting to mislead people, and therefore evil.
Me and all the other lawyers I worked with in 2000, were calling for an ENTIRE RE-COUNT. Gore chose the counties he chose for statistical purposes. Gore fought AGAINST an entire STATE recount.
But then, one would have to understand “basic math (calculus) and statistics to truly UNDERSTAND what Gore’s people were doing in Florida 12 years ago.
Here is the letter I sent to my Florida Representative, State Senator, and Governor Scott. For all the good it will do.
Dear ……
Sir, I right you today for you to consider an investigation into the allegations of voter fraud in certain counties in FLorida. It has been reported and the documentation shone that in St. Lucie County the turn out was over 100%. Now I know, as I’m sure that you know as well, that Florida law doesn’t allow for changes in voter registration after 30 days prior to an election. And also that Florida has NO same day voter registration at the polling location.
With that said, how does a County in Florida show an over 100% voter turnout?
So if you truly believe in these principles from the Republican Party 2012 Platform…
Honest elections are the foundation of representative government.
We support State laws that require proof of citizenship at the time of voter registration to protect our electoral system against a significant and growing form of voter fraud.
Every time that a fraudulent vote is cast, it effectively cancels out a vote of a legitimate voter.
Voter fraud is political poison. It strikes at the heart of representative government.
We call on every citizen, elected official, and member of the judiciary to preserve the integrity of the vote. We call for vigorous prosecution of voter fraud at the State and federal level. To do less disenfranchises present and future generations.
We recognize that having a physical verification of the vote is the best way to ensure a fair election. “Let ambition counter ambition,” as James Madison said. When all parties have representatives observing the counting of ballots in a transparent process, integrity is assured.
We strongly support the policy that all electronic voting systems have a voter verified paper audit trail.
And I’d like to add from another man instrumental in our founding on Representative Government….
Certainly, gentlemen, it ought to be the happiness and glory of a representative to live in the strictest union, the closest correspondence, and the most unreserved communication with his constituents. Their wishes ought to have great weight with him; their opinion, high respect; their business, unremitted attention. It is his duty to sacrifice his repose, his pleasures, his satisfactions, to theirs; and above all, ever, and in all cases, to prefer their interest to his own. But his unbiassed opinion, his mature judgment, his enlightened conscience, he ought not to sacrifice to you, to any man, or to any set of men living. These he does not derive from your pleasure; no, nor from the law and the constitution. They are a trust from Providence, for the abuse of which he is deeply answerable. Your representative owes you, not his industry only, but his judgment; and he betrays, instead of serving you, if he sacrifices it to your opinion.
Edmund Burke, 3 Nov. 1774
So I again respectfully ask, will you support and take the charge in investigating the possibility of election fraud in Florida? There are many voters, Republican and Democrat alike, who are beginning to question the integrity of the voting process in Florida.
How elections are conducted allows the people to freely cast their ballots. When the cloud of doubt is allowed to rise over the process then voter involvement is squelched and only those who benefit are the electors not the electorate.
Sincerely
16 precincts in Philly (where the GOP observers were tossed out) voted at 99%+ margins for Obama. Nicely done…
Dead can dance……………..and vote. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOauyq9Upxo (crank up your volume; I know you want the full effect of time travel to the Dark Ages.) And that’s where we’re goin.
Great …Bells. Another theme song from the Exorcist.
Kells, Pretty cool. What is this? Never heard them before.
They are a group called Dead Can Dance. I’m actually quite fond of them as I have an appreciation for the Medieval sound. The group also blends in 20th, 21st century sounds. Bonus: Fun to f*** to.
But I think a nice madrigal would be more in order for you, sweet Texas. Here is one of my favourites. I shall see if you can figure out who the silver swan is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eVMfhxjX_Y&feature=fvsr
