If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face, forever.
To those of you Republicans or even those Libertarians out there who are already planning how to “come back” in the next election: what makes you think you will ever win another election? Do you not understand where we are at in history? The tipping point has been reached and we’re on the other side.
Wilson was ousted because America was still moral enough to see the evil he represented and we rejected him and his Progressive ideology, but, under FDR, we embraced it again – for 4 terms! In both cases, America recognized the threat and reacted accordingly. After Wilson, Progressives had to change their name, and after FDR, we amended the Constitution to prevent anyone from becoming a de facto ruler for life via the ballot box. But we had something else going for us back then that we did not recognize: we were still a vast and ungovernable nation. Not so much today.
Today, Progressives control nearly every aspect of our society. Even when they are not the majority Party, they control the bureaucracy. They control most of Hollywood and the entertainment and music industry, the arts, our public schools and university system and our television and new media. And they use all of these organs together to direct public opinion by re-writing history and deciding what can and cannot be discussed in politically correct circles. Alinsky’s Rules for radicals are very much the dominant modus operandi of our social and political leaders.
Now, with the advent of computers and social media, for the first time in history, Progressives have the ability to know the names and locations of each and every citizen who might possibly oppose or otherwise cause them trouble. They also know who owns weapons. They have sufficient laws on the books that they can find at least 5 that every one of us breaks on any given day that we leave our homes (or 3 if we stay home). They can tax us for what we do or do not do – soon even for the very act of breathing. They have made it illegal to grow your own food on your own property or to give food to the poor and homeless, thereby forcing you to depend on the government for your very sustenance. And even there, the health care laws will provide them with the avenue they need to govern every aspect of your life from what and how much you eat to where you live, what you do and even – if they want to make the case – what you wear. They have cameras to monitor us everywhere we go – even in our newest “smart” TV sets. And they have given themselves permission to monitor our cell phones and GPS devices, track our emails and texts and cell phone conversations – even turn on our cell phones to listen in and see through our cameras so they can monitor what we are doing at any given time. Your energy use is not far behind, either. For many of our elderly and disabled, that will prove fatal – but then, the Progressives know this, too.
For the first time in history, we have a group of people with the mentality to pursue an ideology that sees those of us who believe in individual rights and freedom as a threat to the survival of all mankind. They believe this gives them a moral imperative to “save” mankind from us and from what they see as a greedy, selfish and destructive agenda. And, as history has repeatedly shown, this inevitably leads down the path to mass murder and genocide. Now that they have all of the tools at their disposal necessary to hold on to their power, to think these people will simply let go of it strains the bonds of credibility. We have already seen evidence of voter fraud that would make Stalin, Mao and Castro proud. And what intellectually honest person among us believes a Holder Justice Department is seriously going to pursue this voter fraud?
But then, none of this should come as a surprise. We were warned — by a Progressive, no less — in the book, “1984.” When was the last time you read it? Unless it was in the last 12 months, it’s been too long: read it again! Tell me what is in that book that is not already a part of our society in some form or another. Read 1984, then you ask yourself:
What makes you think you will ever get the chance to win another election?
