When you no longer bind yourself by the constraints of the Constitution, then you do not bother Amending it to make things legal, you just pay them lip service and do what you want:
Senate bill rewrite lets feds read your e-mail without warrants
Proposed law scheduled for a vote next week originally increased Americans’ e-mail privacy. Then law enforcement complained. Now it increases government access to e-mail and other digital files.
The U.S. Constitution does not need to be saved — it needs to be re-instated! You no longer live under the rule of law, you live under the rule of man. This is the very definition of tyranny. Now, do you really think that people who will do this to you will allow you to “vote” them out of power? Really? If you do, all I have to say is “Good luck with that.”
It’s time to start considering another form of peaceful force. Let me know when you’re ready to talk about that sill secession idea everyone poo-poos.

Okay, B. You’ve given us all the good news. Go ahead and give us the bad news.
Justin,

But the bad news gets even worse. History also tells us that the generation that loses its liberty has NEVER regained it — EVER!
happy now?
