Time for “Conservatives” to STRIKE!

OK, many have been asking for “a plan,” well here’s a plan that will solve our troubles in under 1 month.

So the Left thinks it is perfectly acceptable to strike, right? Well then, let’s give them a strike, and let’s start by showing them that their claims in this story are a self-induced illusion:

USDA chief: Rural America becoming less relevant

Now, since we’re “insignificant,” here’s what we do:

The red/conservative and “insignificant” rural America goes on strike and simply refuses to produce/sell food to the blue and “significant” urban sections of the country. At the same time, the rest of us in the red/conservative and “insignificant” sections of rural America — where we are still clinging to our guns and God — will enforce the picket lines so that no scabs are allowed to cross them. In other words, we will use those guns to make sure the “significant” people stay in their “significant” cities.

Now, how long do you suppose this strike will have to last before the “significant” people cave in to our demands to dismantle their “significant” government and stop taxing us into serfdom?

[BTW: I am bloody damn serious about this.  We SHOULD strike -- and in just this manner.  And yes, that includes making any and all scabs who attempt to cross the picket lines (i.e. leave the cities) "assume room temperature."  After all, we'd just be playing by THEIR rules.]

  1. This why Secession / Nullification …with Federalism as a Goal is going to end up as the ONLY solution. The fact is…”they” will not stop, until they are stopped.

Conservatives will have to decide if they will just give up their rights and property, or they will fight.

    It’s as simple as that.

    • Charge more reasonable rates for those you know are true conservatives and down for the cause. Encourage the spreading of Conservative Web-Endeavors. Charge the “others” a Healthy but “Fair” fee…..cause Blue people love things Fair after all !!

    • PoliTec,

By manning the picket lines to keep the scabs from crossing over into Free America.

As far as I am concerned, they have already gathered themselves unto themselves. All we need to do now is string the wire around the big cities and keep them in place. If they want to eat, then they behave and we feed them. If they get out of line, well, then we become “insignificant” again and they don’t eat anymore.

Pretty simple, don’t you think? ;-)

            • I understand what UR saying Justin….but read the USDA article again….you’ll see that rhetorically that’s EXACTLY what is being implied for the Red states…..on a political level. In other words this is the Government Arguing IN FAVOR of Taxation without Representation for the Red States.

And That my friend is the TRUE start of TRUE Tryanny…..From the O-man’s Administration.

            • Justin,

Actually, NO! By the standard THEY have set, it is perfectly “fair.”

Don’t you see the beauty of this plan. THEY are the ones who say it is OK for the “insignificant” to strike — especially against the oppressor. Well, who do you think is the “insignificant” here, and who is the “oppressor?” (Hint: read the story).

So, all I am advocating is that we give in, tell them they are right and then apply their logic and their rules to this situation. Instead of letting the oppressors in the big cities make us into slaves, we strike.

Now, if this does NOT mean they have to starve. If they want to starve, that is their choice. But, if they want to eat, they give in to our demands. See? FREE CHOICE — LIBERAL STYLE! :-)

If you do not see the beauty and irony here, you don’t really understand the evil we are facing ;-)

  2. Check this out, this one sorta fits this topic.

A fellow employee today visited a Wal-Mart. Does everyone experience those receipt Nazi’s? I think we all have by now. Well, very few of us know that its actually a violation of your rights to ask to see your receipt AFTER you have purchased your goods.

    This one is good!

    ACTUAL SCENARIO:
Today at the Vista Wal-Mart after I walked past the receipt Nazi.

An SD Sheriff deputy was standing outside: “Sir that man wants to see your receipt.”

    Me: I don’t care

Deputy: Sir it’s store policy to show him your receipt

Me: I own everything in this bag including the receipt, he doesn’t have my permission to see it, and if he would like to see it I would be happy to return it all so he can see everything WHILE he’s placing it all back on the shelves.

Me: Is it now your job to enforce Wal-Mart policy? Did I do anything illegal?

    Deputy: “Never mind!”

    • Agree 100 %. There are various Agenda 21 curriculum changes in our local school systems that people can be effective in stopping and changing by being organized locally….challanging the School Booards and especially making these curriculum changes known to the Local Papers and TV stations.

But this is a PARALLEL action…..Obama’s Marxists are not going to stop and wait while we change a 40 year disaster in our school systems….we have to be preparing on the State level…..Federalism via the Red State Governments…..we also STILL have to pressure what wuss Representatives we do have in the GOP to Do the right thing and challange Obama, Reid and our own such as Boehner and Kantor.

It’s like a Blitzkrieg….we are being attacked by the Liberal Left on all sides at once…..unfortunately we have to hit back the same.

  3. I don’t disagree with the spirit of what you are saying, but your proportions are off, the scheme is infeasible, and I’m pretty sure there is some major abandonment of principle here (ends justifying violent means).

I’m not really clear on the full context of what Tom Vilsack means when he says the rural areas are becoming less and less relevant, and I don’t think the AP article itself provides a whole lot of context. But for one thing, as you know, he is not talking about all conservative areas in general; he is talking about rural voters, which the article says comprised just 14 percent of the vote. The lack of relevance refers to the reality that rural areas make up just a small percentage of the vote. If anything, Vilsack is saying rural areas deserve more attention than they have been getting (which by the way is not to say I agree with his principles, whatever they are). You are going to need to provide some more evidence to suggest he means the rural areas are irrelevant in the sense you describe, and it is another leap to say that progressives generally perceive rural areas as insignificant.

By extension, a lot of conservatives live in those non-rural (urban) areas. For example, the small town I live in would probably be considered urban and conservative, and we don’t have a whole lot of food production around here. So, for the sake of discussion, where would your fortified fences run? Along state lines? Around the outskirts of cities? Or between people’s homes with differing political views? Do the conservatives apply for a special card that enables them to buy food? And how are you going to get the producers and distributors to comply with this, many of whom are Democrats? Perhaps enforce a law that says you can sell to this person, but not that person? What happened to liberty; never mind the people who get shot for crossing a line. Playing by their rules? I guess I haven’t been paying attention. Who has been getting killed at the picket lines?

That said, I suppose there could be some kind of solution hiding in here. There might be something to producers collectively going on strike, although that would be a lot easier said than done, and such action would be indiscriminate, depriving conservatives and progressives alike. Perhaps they need to negotiate better prices for their goods – I don’t really know that much about farm business.

As for statements like: “If they want to eat, then they behave and we feed them. If they get out of line, well, then we become ‘insignificant’ again and they don’t eat anymore.” I mean, come on. What you are proposing is illegal, immoral, and would be quickly shut down by the feds if miraculously you got people to agree with it.

Now, I am not trying to be nit-picky here. I just think proposals like this really muddy the waters and are therefore counterproductive. Secession seems simple by comparison. I need something better.

    • Justin,

Nothing about my idea is “infeasible,” it is already being done — only in reverse. You may want to look into Agenda 21 — FAST!

Then start working on this silly, self-imposed notion of what can and can’t be done that we all seem to have imposed on ourselves. If we all just do it, then it can and WILL happen — especially if we ask God to help (the trick is to make sure we are in HIS will and not our own).

  4. Justin….as I said I agreed with your sentiment…..But phrases like…..”What happened to liberty”…..

“he is talking about rural voters, which the article says comprised just 14 percent of the vote. The lack of relevance refers to the reality that rural areas make up just a small percentage of the vote. ”

    ….Kind of ring as disturbing.
I conceed what you’re saying about Joe’s “first Draft”…..I think he would too…..it is a reaction to the incessant Liberal call to marginalize Conservatives….and in this case DIVIDE us into Sub-groups, and thence conquer ideologically by having us turn on each other.

The Black population itself is only 12-14% of the Population for instance….but there is no concommitant Article or Gov’t official calling them “less relevant”. Right ?

That you don’t seem to see the Tyrannical nature of these comments by the USDA rep….the move toward marginalization…the move toward Taxation WITHOUT representation by this mode of talking by the Gov’t is troubling.
