I Guess She Couldn’t Have It Her Way After All

The infamous Panama City BK Brawler does hard time in the prison kitchen:

The woman whose Spring Break rampage through a Panama City Beach Burger King was captured on video that quickly spread across the Internet was sentenced to prison this week after violating her probation, according to the Clerk of Courts’ website.

Nekiva Hardy was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, battery and resisting arrest in March 2011, after busting up the burger joint after a dispute with an employee. The BK Brawler, as Hardy became known, was sentenced to five years probation last year.

On Monday, Judge James Fensom sentenced her to 15 months in prison after she violated the conditions of her probation. It’s not clear what she did to violate, but one of the conditions of her probation was that she stay out of Burger King restaurants in Bay County.
