Did you read Utah’s post yesterday about the New Hampshire Legislator who wishes to make opposition to her political agenda illegal? If you missed it, take a moment to read it now:

New Hampshire Legislator Makes Argument For Tenth Amendment

Now, to be honest about this, she didn’t openly say she wanted to make the people illegal, but she did express her desire to make it impossible for others to do the exact same things she and her political allies did to gain their own power. So, while she may not have used explicit words to say so, Utah is correct: she does wish to make political opposition against the law.

Now, think back to what I told you in this post:

And the words I quoted:

The National Socialist Party will prevent in the future, by force if necessary, all meetings and lectures which are likely to exercise a depressing influence on the German state.

I told you that the motivation that drives people like this has not changed since the beginning of time, and this NH legislator has proved it. Here, I can demonstrate by showing you how little I have to change to make Hitler’s words ring from Cynthia Chase’s mouth:

The Democrat Party will prevent in the future, by force if necessary, all meetings and lectures which are likely to exercise a depressing influence on the state.

And the Left calls this “Progress?” Really? After 100+ years of progressivism in America, how much progress have we actually made?
