Let me get this straight. A mentally ill fella is arrested while another fella films it from 30 ft. away. The filmer’s camera is confiscated and the video deleted. He is charged all because of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act?) The police will lose this lawsuit……or will they?

It gets better. YOU & I can get in trouble for violating HIPAA, but not the govt. or any other “sanctioned” organization. They can have access to your medical information even without or against your permission.

Something funny was slipped into the ObamaCare bill that a lot of liberals would have screamed about if they had read the bill. There was an amendment slipped into the bill that forbids gun and ammo registration.
