I thought we had this little thing called the 1st Amendment in this country. And people have the nerve to object when those who know and understand history point out that we are following down the same road as 1930′s Germany…
This is completely unacceptable and I would urge American Spirit to sue Bank of America immediately. Obviously Bank of America is way out of line and needs to be slapped down….hard. Hopefully, the owner of American Spirit will successfully sue the bank and end up with an extremely large settlement.

I agree, but it’s hard to sue the govt. — and this extends to govt. organs (i.e. businesses under the direction and protection of the govt.)
