Now, before I start with this post, I want to make it clear that I am not making a universal accusation about all Liberal/Progressives. Just as there are some on the Right who are blind to their own hypocrisy, there are a few on the Left who see it. However, as a trend, it is the Left who, due mostly to what I believe is narcissism, simply cannot see that they are generally guilty of everything they accuse their political opponents of being. All one needs to do to see this is take a stroll through the history of their media publications. Take this one as an example:

Now, as many Republican readers of the RNL will attest, I am no fan of “W.” In fact, I happen to agree: he did expand the rules of politics to fit his needs, but not nearly so much as Obama has. yet, if you try to show a Leftist that Obama has done far worse than Bush ever did, they will instinctively launch into a spirited defense of their guy that will no doubt end in calling you a “racist, bigoted homophobe.” And let’s not even start on what would happen if you openly compared Obama to Hitler, an historically much easier comparison to make.
But then, we don’t have to wonder what the Left thought of Hitler, we just have to go back in time and read for ourselves. For example, does this cover look like it was as critical of Hitler as the first one was of Bush?
Or how about Mussolini?
I mean, heck, who cares if he was a murderous tyrant, he created jobs so he must be a messiah — just like:
And when that one doesn’t work, hit the fools in the unwashed masses with another comparing Obama directly to Christ:
And, at some point, the sane in this world realize we are being led by the:
