Another Day, another Story about Obama Openly Breaking the Law?

Obama is going to give more military aid to Egypt:

Egypt unrest: US to go ahead with F-16 jets delivery

The US is going ahead with plans to deliver four F-16 fighter jets to Egypt despite the political unrest in the country, senior American officials say.

That’s OK, except it is probably a violation of the law:

Law requires Obama administration to cut off Egyptian aid

Section 508 of the decades-old Foreign Assistance Act stipulates that “none of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act shall be obligated or expended to finance directly any assistance to any country whose duly elected head of government is deposed by a military coup or decree.”

And STILL there is no news from the supposed opposition Party about impeachment proceedings.  Which leads one to wonder: exactly what does the Republican Party think “opposition” means?

  1. More stuff to throw into the fire.

    Ezekiel 39: 9: And they that dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the handstaves, and the spears, and they shall burn them with fire seven years:

    • Sean Hannity reports this;

      “We’ve already sent eight F-16s to Egypt earlier this year, and we are expected to ship eight more later this year. This is in addition to the 200 Abrams tanks we’ve already given them, not to mention the $1.6 billion in aid.”

      WTF !?!
