How to Recognize the Enemy Within

The great Roman orator and Senator, Marcus Tillius Cicero, once said:

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

I believe we have many such traitors inside our nation, and I believe they are in the highest positions of power within every level of our government.  I also believe their goal is to destroy this nation as it was founded and that this desire is what was truly behind these words:

Obama’s wife holds a similar disdain for this nation as founded.  I believe the same feelings behind Obama’s words are behind these words from Michelle:

Oh, the language sounds American, but then, we must heed Cicero’s warning:

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.

So what does Michelle mean by “a new kind of politics?” It sounds good, but – unless you know the language she and other Progressives use – you are more likely to assume your own understanding of her words and not what she really means. And if you haven’t spent enough time studying Progressives and the progressive movement, your best hope is to look to other comments and behaviors from both these two for further indication of their true intentions. Now consider this comment:

Once again, if you are inclined to give her the benefit of the doubt, this might seem innocent. But heed Cicero’s warning:

He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.

Now consider Michelle’s comment in relation to her husband’s call to “fundamentally transform the United States” and take their words on face value while you do so. You should see how it is possible to connect the desire to transform a nation to the process of changing our history and traditions. The Obama’s mean it when they say they want to fundamentally change this nation, and that they will change our history and our customs to affect this change.  They will destroy who and what we were so they can rebuild it closer to their hearts desire.  This is precisely what George Orwell was warning about when he said these words:

“Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.”

Now, I don’t expect anyone to accept my argument off of just these two or three video clips, but then, I don’t intend to rest my case on just 2 – 3 clips. Consider the case against the Obama’s when it comes to their distaste and – very likely – utter rejection of America as it was founded. We’ve seen evidence of it, but we’ve either dismissed it our allowed ourselves to accept the media’s explanations for it. We can start with Michelle’s apparent insult toward our nation’s flag:

Again, there are some who say she did say the words claimed in this clip and others who claim she said something entirely benign. But the case against her gets easy to make when we consider that her husband apparently shares the same disregard for our flag and our national anthem:

These are not mistakes; they are glimpses into who these people are. This happens frequently when Obama is off teleprompter, which is most likely why he is seldom off teleprompter – even when speaking to elementary school students. But, if we look back in time, before Obama ran for President, we have additional evidence that he does not embrace our governmental system as it was written and intended to function. This is plainly evident in this well known “negative liberties” clip (pay close attention to the inflection in his voice when he discusses this issue with the interviewer):

We have more evidence from more recent times:

Do you remember Obama saying he wishes he could just bypass Congress (listen to the chanting)?

Yes, I know people will tell me he was just making light of his frustration, but was he? Or was he floating trial balloons? After all, we have Democratic Congressmen calling for Obama to declare a state of emergency so he can act without Congress:

And a Democratic governor calling for the suspension of elections:

I know the problems associated with taking these various video and audio clips and piecing them together and then drawing a conclusion like the one I am asking you to draw.  I really do understand logic.  But then, what are the chances that Obama and Michelle would give me so many clips to make my case if there wasn’t some truth to the case I am trying to lay out for you?  I’ve looked: I can make a damning case against Bush “W,” but no where near like this one against the Obama’s.  The comments revealing a disdain for America simply aren’t there.  And I assure you, I could have posted several times this amount of evidence to support my case, but this post is already so long, few people will bother to work their way through the whole thing.  Just consider these clips, the pictures of Obama’s face on a flag, or his image as Christ and think back on your history.  Then ask yourself if you can honestly deny the parallels between America now and any of the dictators we’ve seen rise to power in the past one hundred years.

I have spent the majority of the past two years reading Progressive writings and watching video of their speeches from Hegel to today. I have come to a point where I understand what they mean. Language and symbolism are very important to these people, but so is their self-image of superior intellect and of our intellectual inferiority. They believe they can speak freely and openly by using code words. This is why they accuse Republicans of using them: because they probably are! There are many Progressives in the Republican Party, so it stands to reason that they speak this same language. So, even if the Republicans are not speaking in code, Progressives are naturally inclined to believe they are because they do so, themselves.  This is connected to my 180 degree rule.  All I am doing is begging you to start trying to learn the Progressive language and to recognize their MO.

Learning this code is essential, but it is sort of like learning the game of hockey: unless you have grown up loving it, it takes a long time with someone sitting close by explaining everything to you before you start to understand the complexity of that game. However, once you see and understand, everything snaps into place and what once seemed to be meaningless chaos suddenly becomes crystal clear in its purpose to the game. This is why you must start learning to pay attention to everything these people say and take it on face value. Then learn their ideological history and start considering all of it from the perspective of a revolutionary – because that is what these people are and, when you start to view their actions in this light, everything they do and say starts to make perfect, consistent sense.

But don’t worry: as soon as you buy in to this understanding and start to see them for who and what they are and to see what they are doing and how they do it, they will hit you with Alinsky and you will suddenly find yourself sporting the latest in tinfoil head attire.

  1. I aint scairt. I read the whole thing. 😉 I read everything I can about progressives and their ideology , even stuff they write…know thine enemy and all that. In order to fight someone, you have to know something about them to be able to defend your own position. Great post.

    • You think this is a great post because you have done your homework (thanks, btw). I wonder how much easier our job would be if just 10% of Americans had joined us in doing the same? Because this much is for certain: what I say about suddenly understanding what these people mean and how they use code after you have been imersed in their writing for a while is true. And when it finally hits you, it should scare the bageezers out of you. If it doesn;t, then there’s a better than even chance you may be one of them.

Not to worry, though, I know neither of us are among their ranks 😉
