Judge Napolitano Says Political Process Useless in Saving the nation

Yes, that is essentially what Napolitano is saying in the video clip inside this story. Also, pay attention to what the Judge has to say about Beck’s objection to secession:

Judge Napolitano Discusses Petraeus Scandal With Beck: The Administration Is Willing to Throw Good People Under the Bus

[watch the video!]

Two things:

First — Beck is still wrong.  I do like and greatly respect the man.  Those who think he is harming the nation either do not listen to him, only know him from what the Left says about him or they are part of the Progressive problem.

Second — This is the most important part.  We are at a point where the “conservatives” will NEVER get 50% of the vote again.  Too many people have joined the “Free Sh*t Army.”  That means, if the Republicans are ever to gain the majority again, they will have to start promising free ice cream too.  If they do that, and “conservative” who votes for a Republican again needs to shut their pie hole and stand with the Democrats because — even if they don’t vote for a “D” — they are caucusing with the “Free Sh*t Army.”

This leaves you with a decision: do you just take your toys, go home and wait for the end, or do you chose the only path that still presents a realistic opportunity for success and start pushing your State to secede before it’s too late?.

  1. I can’t wait until everyone starts using the phrase “Free Sh*t Army” to identify progressive Sh*t Sandwich Eating Obama Supporters. Every time we hear about another freebie to the lazy we can picture them correctly in our mind.

  2. Napolitano quotes Lincoln, says, if public sentiment is for it, then it could happen peacefully. Beck poo-poos it. What was Beck’s solution, again? Oh yeah, he doesn’t have one.

      • Let me see, what are the objections?
        We can fix Washington from the inside? Tried that, didn’t work, Napolitano says it can’t be done.

        We could never pull it off? Well, actually the colonies did pull it off in 1776.

        It leads to violence? Not necessarily. There can be such a thing as a peaceful, conciliatory divorce. Just ask Napolitano.

        Don’t worry, things will get better, chin up? Eh, I think I’m with ChicagoJa up there on this one.

        The people would never go along with it? That is a common McPhersonism, to go with what is popular rather than decide
        what is in your best interests.

        We would never get by without help from the blue states, or they couldn’t get by without us? Really, why not?
        Alright, that handles the objections.

        • Justin,

          You hit on one of the keys to our problem: whether they realize it or not, many who claim to be on our side (that of liberty) have unwittingly accepted the liberal lie that we can’t do it without help.

          Mind you, I am not saying we can be successful anarchists. We all know we need cooperative effort for liberty to exist and thrive. But the Left never understands that this cooperative effort does NOT have to be directed by a central government brain that does all our thinking for us. That’s just an argument for “Let me be the world’s dictator.”

          No, the founders showed us we can do it without a mother government (or daddy crown). So, if we really believe the things we say, it’s time to start stepping up to the plate and leading the way by example. It is the only way others will join us because — unfortunately — human nature dictates that most of us have to have things proven to us over and over before we even think about accepting them. Well, let’s get busy proving that liberty works.

  3. Keep educating friends & neighbors, it took the Fouders a couple of decades to get those seeds growing.
    “The Revolution was effected before the War commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people; a change in their religious sentiments of their duties and obligations. This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments, and affections of the people, was the real American Revolution.” John Adams
    I don’t know if we are ready yet, but a break away movement gives us the opportunity to teach others, because it is a topic of discussion in our society.

  4. Keltic,

    I appreciate your Sentiments. The Fathers of the Founding Fathers actually had considered Breaking away from the Crown in the 1740s.

    But we….today….don’t have a couple of Decades……we don’t even have one. Change needs to be affected VERY quickly, while at the same time preparing for the 2014 midterms. ( as the Unions and Progressives are right now doing )

      • The Free Sh*t Army has been indoctrinated by the Statists/Marxists to close their eyes to G-d.

        It will take a miracle for them to listen and learn with an open heart.

        • I posted this elsewhere, but it seems to me that it applies equally here (and it’s from the Tanahk 😉 )

          Isaiah 59:2-8

          New American Standard Bible (NASB)

          2 But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God,
          And your sins have hidden His [a]face from you so that He does not hear.
          3 For your hands are defiled with blood
          And your fingers with iniquity;
          Your lips have spoken falsehood,
          Your tongue mutters wickedness.
          4 No one sues righteously and no one pleads [b]honestly.
          They trust in confusion and speak lies;
          They conceive mischief and bring forth iniquity.
          5 They hatch adders’ eggs and weave the spider’s web;
          He who eats of their eggs dies,
          And from that which is crushed a snake breaks forth.
          6 Their webs will not become clothing,
          Nor will they cover themselves with their works;
          Their works are works of iniquity,
          And an act of violence is in their [c]hands.
          7 Their feet run to evil,
          And they hasten to shed innocent blood;
          Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity,
          Devastation and destruction are in their highways.
          8 They do not know the way of peace,
          And there is no justice in their tracks;
          They have made their paths crooked,
          Whoever treads on [d]them does not know peace.

          Can you think of any examples in our current society that might fit any or all of the reasons for condemnation listed in that lament?

          To me, this explains why the Republican Party has lost its way, as well as how America drifted from what our founders hoped for us.

  5. here is an example of that lament. I think that 9-11 was a wake up call for america and we let our government rob us our integrity By this one simple phrase. ‘We will build a stronger nation” . If we would have opened our eyes to and seen that 9-11 should have humbled us and brought us back to the fundamental place this country stood for first in the beginning and and that was” IN GOD WE TRUST”

    • Dawnte,

      Amen! Speaking of this specific issue, have you read “The Harbinger?” If not, look into it. Go read the synopses on Amazon. If you are aware of it, then forgive me for telling you what you already knew 🙂
