More Muslims Who Misunderstand Islam

I guess they don’t know that “jihad” means inner struggle and Islam is the Religion of Peace.

This time they were busy misunderstanding in Fort Lauderdale;

Two Pakistan-born brothers living in Florida have been arrested on charges of providing support to terrorists and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction within the United States, authorities said on Friday.

The men were charged in a grand jury indictment announced by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Federal prosecutors allege the men, both U.S. citizens, provided money, housing, communications equipment and transportation as part of a conspiracy.

A statement from prosecutors said the brothers’ alleged goal was “to use a weapon of mass destruction (explosives) against persons and property within the United States”. It did not elaborate and U.S. officials declined to go into details but said the arrests were not the result of a sting operation.

“The investigation is continuing and we just won’t be able to give those specific details at this time,” said Alicia Valle, a spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Miami.

I guess they took Obama literally:

The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.

They should know by now that he doesn’t really mean anything he says.

  1. “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam”
This is why you need me, Utah, because sometimes, not always(99%), you leave out important parts of a quote.
For instance, the above quote does not end with a period, but a comma. What follows the comma is this…
“…But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated, or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied.”
I know, he said nothing about the condescending attitude towards animism, or the mocking tone of those who slander Shintoist adherents, but reading the whole sentence does sort of complicate the message.

    • No freedom loving person, no True American Needs you “Mal-adjusted-blasphamy”.

America does not need, indeed should SHUN, the Re-gurgitated OIC speech mouthed by this Fraud -in- the-WhiteHouse. That you advocate for Abolishing the First Amendment via your Sharia Laws is not surprising.

Obama-the -Fraud quote…” The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam”…..Pure unadulterated Islamo-Nazi speak right out of the Mufti of Jerusalem in 1939!

        • “Thank You” for trying to tear America Down and create a Sharia-Compliant, UN enforced mohameddan paradise within the USA.

          • Are just plain stupid, Don? Because all I did was provide a complete quote. It must be hard, living with all that hatred seething and roiling inside you.

            • No, Greg, he’s not stupid — YOU ARE! Don just has the wisdom to see what is happening and the courage to face it head on. You, on the other hand, have your PC arse in the sand.

            • It is hard to see the US Republic being destroyed from within by foreigners and 5th column traitors…..yes indeedie.

You like full quotes huh Mal-Formed…
..well why don’t you give us the FULL quote from the Haj-horses mouth hisself ??…you know the Amin al-Husseini who met with Hitler and Mussolini and raised troops for the Waffen SS from his fellow Hate-filled anti-Jew arabs….a full division if I’m not mistaken.

You know the same “name sake” of that other mohameddan terrorist POS….Arafat….from the same clan(family) That’s right Arafat was an al Husseini relative……. Obama quoted virtually The same words from the same Muslim brotherhood gangsters from 1919 right on up to Hillary in Turkey with the OIC 2011-2012) ,and on and into the O’Fraudsters mouth.

      • Nobody who knows me or sees me would call me a loser……I’m a producer, providing for losers and takers like you.

Looks like your research skills are about par with your other “abilities”…….Here’s a direct quote from al Husseini to Hitler and Hitler’ response….during their face to face meeting.
““thanks for the sympathy which you have always shown for the Arab and especially Palestinian cause, and to which you have given clear expression in your public speeches”….”The Arabs are Germany’s natural friends because they have the same enemies as has Germany, namely….the Jews….” Hitler replied…..November 28, 1941

There I’ve done some more homework for you little Liberal Toady…..given you names and dates above…..another hint; 15 additional Drafts sent from al Housseini to Hitler and Mussolini, and further meetings with Himmler and Von Ribbentrop.

          • Yes…..for the tiny mind of the islamo-fascist Liberal “that’s it”….

To thinking intelligent people….it is but a beginning…the start of research and inguiry…..what U prove is your lack of ability and laziness…..a True Gimme Taker, which fits perfectly with ur philosophy of Theft evident in virtually all of your posts.

            • re: the private e-mail you sent, The site is down, but I answered your questions here. Don’t worry, I am only pasting the answers here, so one will know what you asked…..

              1) use either hand, but start using toilet paper when you do.

              2) I don’t know that one, and I doubt you momma knows, either

              3) love doesn’t care about gender, go for it, sweetheart

4I) am flattered, but you should try for a lesser goal than being as smart as I. Try not being as stupid as Augger first.

    • I don’t see what was so terrible about that, but then again, I am not a xenophobe.
A president with a broad background, who has experienced other cultures first-hand, that is a good thing, not something to be afraid of, Augger. so stop acting like Bill the Butcher.
Obama has said nothing about Islam that George W. Bush didn’t say when he was President.

      • “I don’t see what was so terrible about that, but then again, I am not a xenophobe.”

Of course you don’t. I knew that before you watched it. No, your not a “xenophobe”, you’re a dolt and a sympathizer.

“A president with a broad background, who has experienced other cultures first-hand, that is a good thing, not something to be afraid of, Augger. so stop acting like Bill the Butcher.”

Oh yeah, broad background alright. We’ve all seen how successful he’s been with his broad background.

“Obama has said nothing about Islam that George W. Bush didn’t say when he was President.”

Ok, I will bite. Show me the comparison quotes. And to borrow from you: “You seem to know the quotes, either provide them or stop wasting my time.” 🙂

        • Glad to provide..
“America treasures the relationship we have with our many Muslim friends, and we respect the vibrant faith of Islam which inspires countless individuals to lead lives of honesty, integrity, and morality. This year, may Eid also be a time in which we recognize the values of progress, pluralism, and acceptance that bind us together as a Nation and a global community. By working together to advance mutual understanding, we point the way to a brighter future for all.”

“Islam brings hope and comfort to millions of people in my country, and to more than a billion people worldwide. Ramadan is also an occasion to remember that Islam gave birth to a rich civilization of learning that has benefited mankind.”
“Some of the comments that have been uttered about Islam do not reflect the sentiments of my government or the sentiments of most Americans. Islam, as practiced by the vast majority of people, is a peaceful religion, a religion that respects others. Ours is a country based upon tolerance and we welcome people of all faiths in America.”
here is the source, there is a lot more..

          • Ok, so I am to suppose that these examples are all Bush’s quotes. And they comprise his entire stance on Islam, correct?

Now go ahead and give me the direct correlated quotes stating the same from Obama. Now do not forget to add his endorsements of Islamist such as the Muslim Brotherhood. 🙂

            • Why don’t YOU show ME where Obama endorsed the Muslim brotherhood?
Augger, I could produce Dubya himself, telling you what he said, but you are so freaking out of it, you would swear he was a clone or something.

I do not have a quote, but this should suffice…
              june, 2007
WASHINGTON — The Bush administration is quietly weighing the prospect of reaching out to the party that founded modern political Islam, the Muslim Brotherhood.

Still in its early stages and below the radar, the current American deliberations and diplomacy with the organization, known in Arabic as Ikhwan, take on new significance in light of Hamas’s successful coup in Gaza last week. The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood is widely reported to have helped create Hamas in 1982.

              • “Why don’t YOU show ME where Obama endorsed the Muslim brotherhood?”

Scroll back to through the topic headers. You will find where I did post one. Something about Muslim Brotherhood and all. 😀

“Augger, I could produce Dubya himself, telling you what he said, but you are so freaking out of it, you would swear he was a clone or something.”

Nice deflection except for one small point … I am no Bush supporter. The only difference between me and you is, I get sick of your Free Shit Army blaming the man for everything. Some day, your boy has to man up and take some actual accountability for his administration. Nuff said.

“I do not have a quote”

                Of course you don’t.

However, I do like what Obama has said to Syria:

“The use of chemical weapons is and would be totally unacceptable. And if you make the tragic mistake of using these weapons, there will be consequences and you will be held accountable.”

Let’s just hope he is actually sincere.

                • talk about deflection, do you deny that Bush was reaching out to the Brotherhood? I love how you guys pretend that you never liked Bush, when every last one of you voted for him twice. Sure you didn’t….:)

                • Greg, let’s be clear about one thing here before we continue down this road of your invented stupidity …

Now you can be clairvoyant enough to speak for everyone who posts here, but I do not pretend to have such ethereal powers.

Did I vote for Bush once? Yep. Did I vote for him twice? You darn tootin’ I did. Did I vote for Bush twice because I liked, or even supported him? Yeah, you keep telling yourself that, but here is the truth:

I voted for Bush twice, because of people just like you, Barry, Axelrod, and Wasserman-Schultz. I voted for the man twice because I cannot bring myself to indulge your free shit army principles without having a opposition voice heard. I voted for Romney for the very same reason.

So never make the mistake of presupposing that you know a damn thing about me, whacko. All you really need to know, is that I oppose your brand of thievery at every single turn.

                  Get your free shit elsewhere.

              • Anybody who does not admit the Truth that mohameddanism is a violent cult which enforces Tyranny is wrong….or has an agenda associated with it. Bush, Obama or otherwise.

Muslim Brotherhood, Al qaida et al….Violent
                “Moderate” muslim silence……………..Violence by proxy.

Both support Totalitarianism through Sharia, intimidation and ‘Civilization Jihad’.

                • Does Turkey have a totalitarian government? Does Morocco? How about Indonesia? No my infornation-deprived friend, they all have constitutions, featuring universal suffrage, so does Iran., so does Yemen.
Are there bad muslims? of course there are. Are they all bad? Of course not! Are there bad christians? look in a history book.
The Hutus campaign of genocide against the Tutsis in Rwanda caused a million deaths; both groups are majority Catholic. Our own decimation of the indian nations in this country was done in the name of God, as was the conquest and enslavement of the lands of Mexico and South America. When Spain kicked out the Jews in 1492, they were welcomed in Turkey, a Muslim country.
OIran was actually helping us round up Al qaeda suspects, until Bush started his ‘axis of evil BS. Notice he did nothing to North Korea, a totalitarian state that actually possesses nuclear weapons.
Iran’s spiritual leader has issued a fatwa banning nuclear weapons, the manufacture of nuclear weapons, the storage of nuclear weapons, and thoroughly condemning the use therof. Did you know that? These people take their fatwas seriously, as I am sure you do when it is convenient.

                • “Does Turkey have a totalitarian government? Does Morocco? How about Indonesia? “

Hey asshat, how about you stop with your lop-sided post and add which countries over there do in fact have a totalitarian government? (side note: All the dissidents who have come here from those countries might disagree with you, but what the hell would they know? They’ve only lived there, so their perspective doesn’t matter, right?)

Of course you won’t. So how about Egypt? Pretty totalitarian wouldn’t you think? And what about your liberal buddies not speaking out about the events happening there?

Oh no, I am sure you do not have too much to say about that.

                  • Augs, we’ve already been down this rabbit hole with Imam Greg here:

Morocco: First it isn’t structured like a western democracy, it is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy. According to the CIA Fact book, in the recent elections, the moderate Islamist party, the Justice and Development Party (PJD), was projected to win the largest number of seats. However, the electoral rules were structured such that no political party could ever win more than 20 percent of the seats in the parliament. So there is no way Islamist or other party can solely gain a majority, so not really like the US at all is it? We don’t restrict representation or place limits on who we vote for, do we?

Indonesia: Here’s just a quick sample that I picked up in one search:

Tajul Muluk, a Shi’a Muslim religious leader from East Java, was sentenced on 12 July 2012, to two years’ imprisonment for blasphemy by the Sampang District Court.
Tajul Muluk was displaced with over 300 other Shi’a villagers on 29 December 2011, when an anti-Shi’a mob of some 500 people attacked and burned houses, a boarding school and a Shi’a place of worship in Nangkrenang village, Sampang, Madura island. Only one person was charged and sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for the attacks.
Afterwards most of the Shi’a displaced by the attack returned to Nangkrenang village. But Tajul Muluk and about 20 other villagers, including his family, were prevented from returning to the village by the attackers, who reportedly threatened to kill them if they returned, and by the police.
On 1 January 2012 a religious decree (fatwa) was issued by the Sampang branch of the Indonesia Ulema Council (MUI) about what they described as Tajul Muluk’s “deviant teachings”, and two days later a police report was filed against him. On 16 March, the East Java regional police charged Tajul Muluk with blasphemy under Article 156(a) of the Indonesian Criminal Code, and with “offensive actions” under Article 335 of the Code. The indictment accused Tajul Muluk of telling his followers that the Qur’an is not the authentic text of Islam. His trial began at the Sampang District Court on 24 April 2012 and he was sentenced to two years in prison on 12 July 2012 under Article 156(a). Following the verdict Tajul Muluk reportedly said he would lodge an appeal.[4]
Alexander Aan, a 30 year old civil servant from Pulau Punjung subdistrict in West Sumatera province gave up his belief in God as he considered the current state of the world.[5] He was reportedly an active member of the Minang atheist Facebook group. He allegedly posted statements and pictures which some people construed as insulting Islam and the prophet Mohammad.
On 18 January 2012 an angry crowd who had heard about his alleged Facebook posts gathered at his workplace and threatened to beat him. Police officers intervened and took him to the Pulau Punjung Sub-District police station for his safety.
On 20 January he was charged for “disseminating information aimed at inciting religious hatred or hostility” under Article 28 (2) of the Electronic Information and Transaction (ITE) Law, religious blasphemy under Article 156a(a) of the Indonesian Criminal Code and calling for others to embrace atheism under Article 156a(b) of the same code.
His trial began at the Muaro District Court on 2 April 2012. On 14 June the court sentenced him to two and a half years’ imprisonment and a fine of 100 million rupiah (US$10,600) for violating the Electronic Information and Transaction (ITE) Law.[6]
On the morning of 22 April 2012, around 100 members of the Filadelfia Batak Christian Protestant Church (Huria Kristen Batak Protestan, HKBP) were prevented from going to their church to conduct the Sunday service. They were blocked by officers from the Bekasi municipal administrative police (Satpol PP), North Tambun sub-district police and other local government officials, who tried to persuade them to move to a place around nine kilometres away. Unable to access the church, the congregation began to conduct their service by the road. Around 500 protestors who had gathered earlier near the church surrounded them, began threatening them and demanded that they leave. Some apparently tried to attack the worshippers, but were blocked by the police. The protestors only dispersed after more police officers arrived, and a municipal administrative police officer fired a shot in the air. The previous Sunday, protestors had also blocked congregation members from getting to the church, forcing them to worship by the road. Instead of dispersing or detaining the protestors who were threatening the congregation, the police tried to pressure the worshippers to leave the area. After the service, one of protestors threatened the church leader, saying, “You’re finished if you try coming back!”. Members of the congregation fear that without adequate police protection, they will be intimidated and attacked at future Sunday services.[7]
On 22 January 2012, members of two radical Islamist groups – the Islamic Reform Movement and Muslim Communications Forum – gathered near the site of the Taman Yasmin Indonesian Christian Church, blocking the road with tree branches and wooden chairs. Since the church was sealed off in 2008, the congregation have conducted weekly services on the pavement outside the church, where they face continued protests and intimidation by radical groups.

Again, not quite the democratic paradise you present and again, not like the US – blasphemy isn’t a federal crime.

Bangladesh: Per the US Department of State 9

The Constitution establishes Islam as the state religion but provides for the right to profess, practice, or propagate, subject to law, public order, and morality, the religion of one’s choice. It also states that every religious community or denomination has the right to establish, maintain, and manage its religious institutions. While the Government publicly supported freedom of religion, attacks on religious and ethnic minorities continued to be a problem. Protests demanding that Ahmadis be declared non-Muslims and instances of harassment continued sporadically, but the Government generally acted in an effective manner to protect Ahmadis and their property. Religion exerted a significant influence on politics, and the Government was sensitive to the Islamic consciousness of its political allies and the majority of its citizens.

There was no change in the status of respect for religious freedom by the Government during the period covered by this report. Citizens were generally free to practice the religion of their choice; however, government officials, including the police, were often ineffective in upholding law and order and were sometimes slow to assist religious minority victims of harassment and violence. The Government and many civil society leaders stated that violence against religious minorities normally had political or economic motivations and could not be attributed only to religion.

                    Albania: per Wikipedia:

The most common religions practiced in Albania are Islam and Christianity.[1] In the preliminary results of the latest census in 2011, 70% of all Albanians did not declare adherence to any particular religion.[2]

Among people who follow any of the four major religions in Albania, there is a mixture of various religious traditions and pagan traditions coming from time before Christianity.[3][4][5] In 1967, religious practices were officially banned in Albania, making the country the first and only constitutionally atheist state to ever exist. After the fall of state communism, in 1991 religious activities resumed.

So again, not a Muslim country and not like a the US or western democracies at all.

I’m going to count that as an 0-4…and I didn’t even have to parse.

  2. Maybe they don’t understand that Jihad is “inner struggle” because Muhammad commanded that ALL Muslims strive in the ways of Alla (i.e. jihad) with all their energy AND money/possessions. That when called to Jihad, all Muslims are to either “go out” (i.e. go to war) or support those who do — AND that those who do NOT “go out” are of a lesser quality Muslim than those who do. OH! And that Muhammad said there is NOTHING better than to die in the cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad).

Silly me, but I can see how they might have mistaken these and all the other commands (1 in every 55 verses) to kill in the name of Allah as a literal command to kill in the name of Allah rather than to go on some Buddhist or Hindu retreat to seek “inner peace.”

Dang it, almost forgot. As one who is in rebellion, Melfamy wouldn’t understand that Satan and his minions often say things that sound like they support God, but in reality, they are designed to deceive and lead people away from God. Throwing in a gratuitous nod toward Christianity while defending an Anti-Christ religion is just one of many examples. It also speaks to the voracity of Obama’s claim to be a Christian, but then, I probably missed that all of this is just another way of saying I should seek peace through my “inner struggle.”
