You and I Live in a Tyrannical Surveillance/Police State

If you still think you are free, let me share something with you that should end your delusion:

Pupil Hernandez, who refused to wear RFID, loses appeal

A Texan student who refused to wear a badge with a radio tag that tracked her movements has lost a federal court appeal against her school’s ID policy.

The radio chips track attendance, which in turn helps secure school funding.

The federal court ruling overturned that, saying if she was to stay at the school, she would be required to wear the badge. Otherwise, she would have to transfer to a new school.

Now, before you agree with the judge, let me remind you that the only way the school can FORCE a student to give up his/her natural and constitutionally protected rights is if it is PRIVATE! But, as a State school, it is required to PROTECT those rights — not trample them. So, like it or not, this is State tyranny. But notice how the school is being coerced by federal funding? This shows you how the federal govt. is responsible for this tyranny.

Aint Fascism a hoot?!

  1. Time for a little civil disobedience. She’s required to wear the ID. But can she help it if she has a hobby of juggling large, strong magnets which happen to degauss that RFID tag?
