Because we know Congress sure as hell isn’t going to do its job. This is just one more in a long list of legitimate reasons Obama should have already been impeached, convicted, booted, charged, tried and jailed. And the FACT that Congress refuses to do so – for political reasons only – is more proof that the “rule of law” and Constitution in this nation are both dead.
White House Violates Law with Obamacare Delay
Obama administration officials are illegally delaying enforcement of a central provision in the president’s namesake legislation in a desperate attempt to manipulate the 2014 midterm elections and swell the ranks of those who look to government for healthcare.
OK, so let’s review. Obama is violating the constitution by violating U.S. law.
Congress is refusing its duty by not impeaching the man.
The Supreme Court is violating its duty by providing political cover for the Leftist agenda in D.C.
The States have abdicated their checks against the government because they want/need Washington hand-outs.
So what is left to preserve liberty and the Constitution?

The question Joe asks and the lack of answer or comment is a Testiment to THE salient feature facing America and Americans today.
“What do we do?”……….Lenin also asked this at the turn of the 19th to 20th century about their political problem…Schto Djelahtz ?…’What is to be done’…….we know the answer they came up with to address disenfranchisement and Imperial Tyranny.
Now faced with a Government completely removed from and completely and agressively ignoring the American people in favor of Special Money interests and lawbreaking Foriegners, what do “We the People” do ??
-Just continue to stand in line and…Vote
– just continue to allow Liars to remain in office, Breaking the most Basic of their Responsibilities….that of Protecting our Constitutional rights ?
– just accept whatever new Regulation, law and Tax the “government” decides to impose …. including a TAX on our rights contained within the Bill of Rights ( as in a new TAX on owning Firearms and ammo…as a back-door attempt at Gun Control) ?
-Just sit back and accept as the Government now dictates what rights and where and for how long you may have them….instead of acting as the Protector of our / your rights…
Where indeed do we go when our most basic of political protections are broken and “The rule of Law” has become a Joke……a mechanism to protect the Political Elite only ??
