I Would Like An Answer, Please

OK, just so I get this straight. Anti-gun Democrats are basically saying that if guns weren’t present for criminals and the mentally unstable to access, there would be no murders. If guns were not allowed in private homes, there would be no accidents involving children or opportunities for then to be used in suicides. This is is the intellectual basis for their argument to restrict, or in most cases to ban, guns.

If that is correct, then why are they for allowing illegal aliens to enter the country?

On Tuesday in Atlanta, kidnappers shot a family dog and took 14 year-old Ayvani Hope Perez captive, demanding $10,000 for her release. 150 law enforcement officers fanned out over the Atlanta area to find Ayvani and bring the perpetrators to justice.

When they found Ayvani 36 hours later and arrested the kidnappers, it turned out one of the kidnappers should never have had the chance to kidnap Ayvani. In fact, he shouldn’t have been in the U.S. at all.

Mexican Juan Alberto Contreras-Ramirez, aka Contreras-Rodriguez, is now being held on “federal immigration charges.” It’s not the first time Contreras-Ramirez has had a run-in with the law. Last year, he was arrested in a drug bust, then released.

There was a report released by NY representative Steve King that noted that 12 people are murdered every day by illegal aliens and another 13 a day are killed by illegal drunk drivers – that’s almost 10,000 people a year who die due to the mere presence of these people.

So the presence of guns is bad but the presence of illegal aliens is good?

Seems a bit hypocritical to me.
