The NSA creating a total surveillance state is far more of a gateway to tyranny than forcing people to buy insurance.

For all its intrusiveness, the NSA spaying does not provide the infrastructure for tyranny. But Obamacare does. Personally though, I believe the two will work together: the NSA helping Obamacare find the people to put the screws to.
