The Federal Government is spending millions of dollars to have local police officers in uniform and patrol cars ILLEGALLY STOP AND DETAIN drivers, then

illegally sample the driver for alcohol on their breath, and then;

• ask the driver to blow into a “breathalyzer”
• ask the driver for a DNA sample and pay them $10.00
• ask the driver for a blood sample and pay them $50.00
