Oh, I know this one will draw fire, but mostly from those who do not know or truly understand Scripture. No matter. What I have written here is founded firmly in the Truth:
TRUTH: Anti-Christ is a Spirit or ‘Type,’ not just a Person
For many years, I lived calling myself a Christian and thinking I was following Christ’s commands when I really wasn’t./ It wasn’t until I actually started to read and study Scripture and chase after God for His understanding that I started to realize how many things I had believed that were wrong. Two of the things that I believed and which are not entirely Scriptural were that I am not supposed to judge people and that there is only one Anti-Christ. Neither is true – not in the sense most Christians believe. But this is how Satan works: not through obvious acts, but through subtle deception and twisting of God’s word and by just keeping us from knowing the truth. This is how I came to understand that anti-Christ is actually a spirit and that it has a ‘type.’ And this is how I came to learn that Scripture teaches us we are supposed to judge actions so that we can tell those who are anti-Christ from God’s people. Still, I do not have any desire to lead anyone astray, so I urge you to consider what I have to say in this post, but to do so in accordance with 1 Thessalonians 5:21-22:

21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. 22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
OK, first things first. If you do not believe that Christians are supposed to judge people, please read Luke 6:42-45 and Matthew 7:3-6. If you do, you will find that the passage about removing the plank from your own eye is not about not judging people, but learning to judge correctly so you will not act hypocritically. Keep reading in both areas and you will find these words:

As for questions: I welcome them — especially from those who are sincere (as you seem to be 🙂 )
And as to ‘the brain dead:’ yes, there was a time I would have seen it that way. But now,… Well, I am trying to feel more compassion for people — especially since I was once among ‘the brain dead.’ Now I chose to see the majority of people as deceived, lost. There are some (mostly leaders) who know what they are doing (as in the case of Obama) and I count them evil. But the majority? I think they are just deceived — which is why I write. To try to get them thinking for themselves.
