In case you have not heard, the FBI Director has said “No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Case Against Clinton.”  This statement proves he is irrational, and here is the evidence:

Now, please follow me for a minute.  Before Comey said they will not charge Hillary, he said this:

Comey said it was determined that 110 emails in the Clinton probe included classified information “at the time” they were sent or received and eight contained “top secret” information.

Dear reader, this was a statement of fact.  The FBI director said they have evidence that these 110 emails contained classified information.  What he did not say, but is also fact is that these 110 emails were found in the emails Clinton deleted.  You must understand what this means!

    The FBI is there to protect the Establishment pure and simple. As Levin just said Comey is the Head of the cover-up.

    The ugly Truth is that there is not a single aspect of the Federal govt which is as we all been taught it was. It is ALL a big lie…..and has been for a very long time. It seems the American Public must watch each and every piece fall down before them before they will wake up to the obvious Truth.

      If it were only that simple. It is not JUST the Democrats. Do you see the Republicans doing anything about this? NO! That means they are complicit in this corruption. They want it as badly as the Democrats, and that means we only have ONE Party, just two factions within that ONE Party.

      Comey was a Bush appointee I believe. Joe is absolutely correct. Along with Issa and Gowdy and the Fast and Furious and Benghazi investigations nothing has happened. And Comey just “re-wrote” Law to give Hillary a pass….exactly like Roberts “re-wrote” law TWICE to get Obamacare passed. Roberts also a Bush appointee.

      There is something fundamentally wrong in our entire govt structure. It is a Levin says…Post-Constitutional. We will have to do much more than merely VOTE to right this ship.

      • At some point, especially when everything we se happening in the real world matches what he told us was going to happen, we HAVE to start accepting that Carrol Quigley was being truthful when he said we have had a One Party rule for decades. This is all a Statist Kabuki theater.

          • Yep… Which is why when we see it all happening now, we need to give it the highest credibility — especially since it explains everything in one simple, coherent and consistent story.

    I agree with you Don, regarding Comey, no surprise here, President Bush not my
    hero in any way! Algore would have done the same, increased the size of Govt and
    instituted many of Bush’s policies, only sooner?

    I agree that Voting has not accomplished the necessary changes we expected, but
    what else can I do when all the candidates I financially supported LIED and effectively
    told me to kiss their ASS?

    Next step?

    • Convention of the States. We need to stop looking to the Federal govt. for our solutions and start focusing on the power that created it in the first place.

    • Work on your STATE reps for the Convention of States…..nullification of Unconstitutional Laws. Civil Disobedience by States and Groups. Get organized locally with like-minded folks…..get armed and supplied.

      Prepare to take action.

      • Re-Read The Declaration again….. ( and the preamble to the Constitution….and the preamble of the Bill of Rights )……………….. Read them carefully and reflect on thm.:

        “When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

          Have you noticed several of my recent posts have been dealing with the Declaration and its foundational principles and ideals? That’s because I’ve already been on this road for a while now. I realized that the Federal govt. was a lost cause some time back and that, if we are going to insist on ignoring God (a mistake our founders didn’t make), then the only hope mere men have of salvaging anything from this mess lies with the States.

          The problem, however, is that the Declaration and its foundation are useless in a society that does not recognize the source of authority behind them — GOD!

          See the Catch-22 here? 😦

            A first baby-step would be to have some just read it ! ( Not meaning Edward…as I know he has…..but many millennials ).

              I agree. Unfortunately, even if we could get them to read it, they won’t accept or even understand it. They have been programmed into Marx’s materials dialectic for so long, they can no longer see the world in the way our founders did. 😦

              • I don’t believe in hopelessness.

                SOME will get it. 1775-76 had the active support of about 7-10%….and backround support of about 32-36%. We have that now. And some millennials will and do get it.

                The Connection to God will grow. I just believe that.

                • Why do so many people think I am consigning myself to or advocating hopelessness? When I make an observation about the condition of our youth — especially one you, yourself have made in the past — it isn’t ‘hopelessness.’ It is merely an acknowledgment of the problems we face. We don’t do that anymore. Our founders did. The whole middle of the Declaration was a stating of the problems they were facing, but you’re not calling that hopelessness, are you? No 🙂

                  See, if we cannot define the problem correctly, well, then you end up disarming yourself and giving ISIL jobs so they won’t cut off your head (and I know you get the point, Don).

                  The fact remains: we are dealing with a younger generation that has come through the Progressive indoctrination mill. They cannot think and resist any attempt to actually educate them. They feel entitled, and they have their pre-programmed responses to everything (bigot, racist, homophobe, etc). Before we place any hope in them, we had better find a way to smash that programming and breach the wall of auto-protection that has been instilled in them to protect it.

                    That is a pretty definitive statement. Where is the hope in it ?

                    I agree with you 100% about the Progressive indoctrination mill. But I believe the opposite of your statement…… If we CAN get them to read it…..some will accept it….and some will even understand it.

    2014 are the very liars that told me to kiss their ASS!

    How many times do we have to replay the same song before everyone knows the words?

    We have an opportunity to START A CHANGE with Trump! The very people that were
    harassing me for supporting Gingrich in ’94 with the “Contract With America” are the
    very “NeverTrump” degenerates in the current Republican leadership.

    I don’t have enough life left to help with the radical change to bring America back to
    “Real America” with The Convention of States! Our Win/Loose is in November!

      HOWEVER, telling me Trump is the answer is EXACTLY the same as a Democrat telling us Hillary is the answer. The only difference is the letter behind your name. Character, temperament and policy wise, Trump=Hillary=DISASTER

    • I am afraid that electing Trump, and hoping he lives up to some of his promises, is the only way to possibly show the worthless professional politicians in DC that we have had enough, without revolting and showing them we mean business.

    • Actually, the founders used the law. They appealed to the Highest Court in the universe. Their arms were only used in self-defense when the Brits refused to recognize the authority of that Court.

      • They did indeed appeal to the Highest Court and while Concord and Lexington and perhaps Bunker Hill could be considered self defense……Trenton and Princeton weren’t self defense.

      • Our government has already refused to recognize the authority of that Court. There is no longer any law applicable to those that now rule over us. Dictator’s only have one law, their own, just ask Obama. He pokes the Republicans in the eye, flips off the Supreme Court and still has time left to play 18 while Michelle sings, “Pass the lobster and butter. They make King George look like an amateur.

        The DOJ and FBI are now totally engaged in the act of looking the other way while the likes of BHO and HRC continue the march to strengthen the dictatorship. SCOTUS and the other Federal Courts by and large no longer accept the US Constitution & Bill of Rights as anything but a relic that has no place in the 21st Century. Voters voices are cancelled out at will. Progressive lite Republicans just go along to get along. No testosterone producing organ on any of them, Cruz included.

        By the end of HRC’s first term SCOTUS will be 5/4 and if Thomas retires 6/3. How easy will it for them to turn the 2nd Amendment into confetti.The rest will be suspended as well.

        So when Hillary want’s to quarter soldiers in your home, search out and seize your weapons and suspend your God given rights then why not just bow down and take it like a Republican. The last 7+ years is proof enough.

        Now I know how Sam Adams felt. All I need is a John Hancock to help fund the cause.

    Glad I offered an opinion–excellent responses. Hope the end result is not what chhelo is
    insinuating, but from the time I have spent in these United States, I have absolutely NO
    doubt that whoever tries the confiscation operation is going to find out who the REAL
    PATRIOTS ARE? Those three hundred million plus guns in the U.S. are not owned
    by millennials!

    Trump claims to be a Republican–has anyone ever checked to find out if he changed
    his party affiliation–he was a registered democrat? Have to get with Hannity and check.

    If Trump is a Republican, he sure sounds like the JFK I voted for back in my democrat

    Speaking of Trump, just finished an excellent article by Ann Coulter (one of my favorite authors),
    regarding Trump’s VP pick and his hiring of “consultants!” Interesting, that it fits our discussion
    regarding third party/political candidates?

    • Will look at it, but Coulter is a Trempeter (think James Carvill) and Breitbart is Trump’s propaganda organ (think MSNBC), so — to me — I wouldn’t be expecting to find anything more than more attempts to spin people into voting for Trump.

    • OK, just as I thought. Coulter is just crying “Poor Trump, the evil R’s are out to ruin him.” Well, so much for Trump being the tough guy he claimed to be.

      Then she goes on to act as though trump can be another Lincoln. Well, maybe the early Lincoln — BEFORE Lincoln came to God and the Constitution. We forget, the early Lincoln was as lawless as Hillary and Trump are today. Hoping that Trump will somehow duplicate Abe’s path once in office is a dangerous game — mainly because Trump does not have the foundation of respect for truth that Lincoln did.

      I still say we are better off with Pedro. Then again, Mickey Mouse stands a darn good chance this year. Personally, I’d prefer Steamboat Willy, but…

      The ONLY decent excuse (it is not a reason) I have heard for voting Trump is that the media will hold him accountable.

      The problem with that is it assumes they are not playing a “got you if you do” game. If Trump is what I suspect, and he gets elected, I would not be surprised to see him say “HA! I’m with the Dems, you idiots!” and then rule as a Progressive Democrat. He’s favored them his whole life, when, where and why did he change? Without that story, Trump=Hillary=DISASTER.
